Introduction

This term is best described as an uncomfortable feeling of tension, worries and nervousness which is felt by every human being time to time. No matter what age is, or what gender is, anxiety can affect anyone, and once it gets a hold on to its victim, it will affect their thoughts, behaviours, physical reactions and moods. If anxiety affects an individual for a long time, it can create many problems which can ruin a particular individual's life as he will feel frightened, and panicky in every situation and challenge and will try to avoid these situations no matter how minimum the risks are and how much easy the challenges are (www.thefreedictionary.com).

Anxiety is also considered as a response to a situation when and the individual is facing threats and risks, and it can be really helpful as anxiety prepares an individual to respond to these threats and risks and take actions against them accordingly. Anxiety is said to improve an individual's life as it will help him prepare for future exams and job related interviews, as it helps us in planning out difficult situations, anxiety can make situations smoother, and easier once everything is properly planned out but if this anxiety starts interfering with an individual's life, it can create significant problems as discussed in the above paragraph.

However, the following pages will discuss the physical symptoms of anxiety and mainly focus on how proper nutrition intake can cure or reduce the effectiveness of anxiety and how poor intake of nutrition's can create anxiety problems in an individual. Before understanding and discussing on the effects of poor nutrition intake and anxiety, it is compulsory to understand the physical symptoms of anxiety on a human being, as nutrition's directly affect an individual physically once it is consumed by the body. The physical symptoms of anxiety in an individual are that he/she may feel headaches, dizziness and feeling of faint time to time, furthermore, these individuals keep having dry mouth throughout the normal course of life especially after sleep. Nutrition is said to be a process through which the human body is nourished, it is also considered as a process through which living organism assimilates foods and consume it in order to grow and replace its tissues. It is well known by everyone that, the best and main source of nourishments are foods, and if this food are not taken accordingly, every living thing can face problems that effects them physically more as compared to mentally.
