With reference to scenario 1 that shows that the lack of attention given by the doctor, due to which patient was unsatisfied with the prescription for the antibiotics, as patient was confused with the cause of the skin problem. In relation to this, it can be said that the doctor should pay attention to patient, in a way that the patient get the opportunity to clearly describe:

What he or she is feeling?

Is there any pain, he or she is suffering from?

What are the precautions like what to eat etc.?

Thus, it is important that the communication process is an important aspect in the health and social care setting. In relation to this, it is important for the doctor to allocate proper time to each patient and listen to their concerns.
