Introduction

After 5 years of the most serious crisis in America, many of Americans says that the economic system of nation is no more secure than it was before the market crash in 2008. Only 33% people believe that the system is secure and rest 67% thinks that it is not. Huge percentage of people says that the household jobs and incomes still need to recover from the recession. When we look over the impact of government efforts for dealing with the recession, it is believed that the policies of economy benefits corporations, large banks, rich, poor and small businesses. In the developed country of America, government has made such policies for helping those people that are unable to work which is certainly benefitting to those but also raising expenses for the American society.

Discussion

In the contemporary world, governments have differentiated the 'deserving' and the 'undeserving' poor, because it has become an issue for maintaining an organized economy and culture. In the American economy, deserving poor are those who are in need, but are unable to work due to their disability, age factor, and sickness. On the other hand, the undeserving poor are those who do not want to work and usually are that who have functioning body, but does not fit for the employment.

It was important for ensuring that this kind of welfare would keep the unemployed people in a poor condition and more depressed state or the pettiest worker will prove more worst of jobs (www.herinst.org). In common American society, this thing greatly impact on the work, because America is a vigorous economy that expects 100% potential and interest of everyone on his or her work. The American culture is very dedicated towards work and believes on the philosophy of smart and hard work.
