Social networking has great impacts on every generation regarding their business life and their personal lives as well. With the scientific advancement, the tools of social networking have shown positive results in every walk of life. They have not only influenced daily life but have also influenced organizational practices. These impacts can be observed in all different generations. Social networking sites have become more popular in the last decade. This is because of the reason that university and college students extensively used it for their researches. Face book, Twitter and other social network have intensely become a most important part of today's life. Social networking has great impacts on every generation regarding their business life and their personal lives as well. With the scientific advancement, the tools of social networking have shown positive results in every walk of life. They have not only influenced daily life but have also influenced organizational practices. These impacts can be observed in all different generations (Qualman, 2009).

The evaluation of performance is never considered as unimportant or useless thing. Employees always have a preference to know about their stats and performance. They are always keen to know where they stand. Usually the employees do not like surprises. They always prefer a pre-planned working agenda. A pre-planned and well defined objectives and goals help them to perform competently in order to achieve success. It has been observed that frequent and direct feed backs give an inspiration and motivation to the employees. This is due to the fact that employees always want to know their current standing, whether they are following an accurate track or not. On the other hand, it is important to think about the general preferences within the group (Kast, and Rosenzweig, 2002).

Millennial employees achieved a rapid growth. Their growth is considered as the biggest growth in an era. The main factors that help them in achieving their goals include continuous guidance and assistance from parents. Another factor plays a vital role in their growth, that they always prefer honest and frequent feedback of their performance. On the other hand, baby boomers were grown up independent and get their statuses, which results in their preference for less interactive feedback. Generation X diverts more in the direction of millennial preferences related to evaluation feedback. Generation X also prefers continuous feedback about their performances. They want their feed backs, but they also demands that the feedback must be precise, timely and accurate. Although Millennial prefer regular feedback, but guidance, clear direction and problem solving assistance are required. Millennia want that their managers must be at their side all the time. This may help them to take suggestions from their managers as they take from their parents.
