1. Introduction

ERP is a business management system that manages information relating to operational processes, administration and management of companies (Gupta, 2000, pp. 114-118). The goal of an ERP system is to centralize and manage the company information flow throughout the development process of business activity, integrating the areas of the organization and enabling managers to access quick, efficient and reliable information to management, supporting decision making all levels of the business. ERP is built over a centralized database, and ERP systems consolidate all operations of a company in a single system, which can reside on a centralized server, and are distributed autonomous hardware units on the local network or be hosted remotely via the web.

1.1 ERP Systems in the Company

ERP systems cover every step of the operation from shopping, supplies, planning, manufacturing, pricing, accounts payable and receivable, accounting processes, inventory control, contract administration, selling services and all levels of retail or wholesale, through the effective management of relationships with customers and suppliers, aftermarket, results analysis and many other factors custom, highly adaptable to any company in any line of business (Gupta, 2000, pp. 114-118). The use of an ERP system in a company gives its managers total control over the company, assisting in making decisions and providing all the vital information in an accessible and clear.

2. How to deploy an ERP in this organization

The implementation of an ERP is structured through a project, due to its complexity and amount of resources and activities involved. Usually it is performed by the manufacturer or by a software consulting firm called integrative. Here I am the representative of the integrative. In both cases, the implementation team should have profound knowledge of the ERP system and technical project management.

2.1 Based on this knowledge the company ERP has presented an implementation by a methodology

I consider the implementation methodology sets out the steps, methods and resources needed to get the results of the project. There are phases that will define the macro-processes of implementation. The methods will be formed by the set of procedures defined for each phase. The funds will be people, equipment, tools and all the support materials needed to perform the procedures. The results will be the requirements, assumptions and quality levels properly attended within scope, time and cost previously established in the proposal / contract commercial deployment.

2.2 phases of implementation

In this case, I consider the methods of implementing ERP that are divided into three phases:
