Introduction
This piece of work is based on the analysis of German-owned Multinational Corporation named Chemist, which is a pharmaceutical company. This organization instituted a teams-based changed program. As the facility had been sold a number of times in recent years and had operated under various organizations. This assignment includes the exploration of organizational structure and culture, working progress to meet the goals and objectives, and individual behaviour at Chemist's plant. This piece of work also includes different approaches to management and leadership and motivational theories. The proposed structure is the functional structure which makes the performance of each area perfect. Strong leadership and proper planning can make the process of growth and development successful.

The organizational culture implemented at Chemist is flat structure. This structure has only managers and workers. There is no middle management or any other levels on the hierarchical positions. Chemist had only managers and only workers. There was no human resource department, no plant manager and no leadership except the director of the company. According to the case study, Chemist composed of just the director and the employees. There is no line of authority and specific reporting authority. Apart from the organizational structure at Chemist, the other organizational structures are hierarchical, matrix, horizontal and functional. Hierarchical structure is composed of many levels where the line of command operates down the ladder.
