Bill Clinton Abstract

Considered as the first president of the baby-boomer generation and also known as New Democrat, Bill Clinton (born William Jefferson Blythe III) assumed office as 42nd president of United States of America on November 3, 1992 succeeding George H.W. Bush. Widely known as the man behind the transition of America from the standstills of the Cold War to the heights of innovation and prosperity, Clinton is an alumnus of Georgetown University who later attended Yale Law School to receive Law degree. After Franklin D. Roosevelt, Clinton became the first president to win second full-term in the White house. It was also during the last three years of Clinton era that the Congressional Budget Office recorded three consecutive years of budget surplus, and Clinton ended his term with highest approval rating since Second World War (WWll). The end of his presidential life marked the start of his career as humanitarian activist and public speaker. For the purpose of backing his humanitarian work, he created William J. Introduction

William Jefferson Blythe III also known as Bill Clinton was born in Hope, Arkansas, on 19th August 1946 to a travelling salesman named William Jefferson Blythe II and Virginia Dell Blythe. Born out of a caesarian section, William's father died three months before his birth in an automobile crash. Cassidy, William's mother left Arkansas for New Orleans to have training as a Nurse Anesthetist. William was left under the care of his grandparents for that time. In 1950, Virginia married Roger Clinton Sr. who owned a business in Arkansas and they along with William moved back to the Hot Springs in the state of Arkansas. William formally declared surname of his stepfather Roger C. Clinton assumed at the age of fifteen by legally getting it changed from Blythe to Clinton. This though failed to provide Clinton with a typical childhood as in addition to his mother being somewhat self-centered, Roger used to drink and turn abusive which resulted in harsh consequences for his family. To rise from the lows of his family life to the little known southern governor to the president of US, Bill went through immense struggle and hard work.

This hard work became evident in Clinton's academic life. He was very much interested in following music but knew he would not be able to gain much recognition at it but he always knew that he has the public service aptitude and charisma. Bill knew this from his arbitration abilities that he used to exercise among his friends.
