Graph 1: calibration curve

The calibration curve results of the above model clearly show a very strong relationship between the absorbance 500nm and the mosin/mol. The relation is certainly linear and it does not have any fixed effect i.e. the intercept of the model which shows that there is a high significance of the model and it is completely dependent upon each other. The R2 of the equation is also extremely high i.e. 0.99 which shows the importance of the increasing absorbance 500nm due to the simultaneous increase in the mosin/mol. There are hardly one or two values that are deviating a little from the positively sloped relationship. These values have made a little difference on the R2, otherwise the model so well executed that the R2 would be 1 i.e. a perfect relationship between the two variables can be practically experienced.

The results of the cholesterol present in the mouse before and after the drug has been given to them. It is usually assumed that the normal mouse cholesterol reduces after it has been drugged so a comparison of the mice has been taken into the analysis i.e. the cholesterol of drugged and un - drugged mice has been captured. The results can be seen clearly that the un - drugged mice has a high cholesterol level in comparison with those mice that have been drugged. The first mouse had a cholesterol level of 6.34 nMol/l when it was not drugged and then the cholesterol levels changes significantly after the drug has been given to them which reaches to 3.66 nMol/l. This is a natural phenomenon which can be seen in the sample throughout but except mouse 11 which shows a certain outlier behaviour i.e. the experiment got totally reversed with this mouse. The cholesterol level ...
