This research paper is based on elements and dimensions of the business culture between Australia and America. National cultures should be taken into account if we want to make reasonable predictions about organizational behavior in different countries. National culture nullifies the organizational culture. Culture is a learned behavior, it is a set of beliefs, habits and traditions shared by a group of people and assimilate people coming into this society. Culture is the collective programming of the mind which distinguishes one group of people from another culture, in this sense it includes systems of values.

Australia remains an attractive destination for foreign franchisors, especially for the United States. The reason for the strong language, business practices and culture in Australia is due to a stable political environment. Australia is not such a large country like China, the continent is very distant from the others. The preferred method of communication of Australians depends on their cultural background and education they have received. However, the Australians will seem more familiar in the way they express themselves, they use the tone and body language. In general, you should keep a distance of an outstretched arm when you talk to someone face to face, but this distance will be less if you are close to your partner. Eye contact is usually considered important because it is a sign of sincerity and confidence in Australians business culture (Thomas, 2008).

While on the other hand, Americans often say that they do not have culture, because they often perceive culture as a set of mandatory practices that are present only in other countries. American business culture is characterized by speed and constructivism. In this, culture is characterized by openness and disregard for tradition. Of great importance is a written contract, and contradictions are resolved after the access to lawyers. The state has a limited, well-defined legal impact on the business world. With the growth of state intervention, even when it is dictated by economic or political reasons, the U.S. is seen as undermining the core values ??of individualism and separation of responsibilities. In the American business culture, the expert opinion is always taken into account, which follows the company policy regardless of who is the negotiator. The results are the main focus. The deadlines must be met and transparency should be considered as part of efficient management. The business leaders are refrained from discussing personal matters during a negotiation (Hofstede, 2000).

American determination appears ready to make decisions in the negotiations. Australians are very practical and unceremonious. Australia's population is made up of people who come from all corners of the world. About 23% of Australians were born in another country. Australians encourage immigration because they understand that cultural diversity in greatest sense. The rule of law is an essential characteristic of the average Australian, a great value is attachment to rules and law in all spheres of life, and in local/international business pratices.
