Introduction

The first section of the paper attempts to identify the diversity concerns acknowledged by a multinational company that have successfully established its market position in the various parts of the globe. Adequate research methodology is employed in order to gather reliable data through which the valid outcomes can be extracted in order to facilitate decision making process. The second section includes the analysis of data extracted from the sample in order to obtain valid and verifiable results. The obtained results are then used to assist the decision making process of organization dealing with diversity concerns. Moreover, the section also demonstrates how the application of diverse statistical approach helps assessing the level of job satisfaction among employees

The third section is based upon the conclusions drawn from the analysis performed in the preceding section. The conclusion is followed by recommendations for the organization suggesting, in light of the analysis, ways to effectively deal with the diversity concerns. The section also discusses approaches through which the recommendations should be implemented within the organization. The final section deals with the significance of management information systems in organization, while exploring different aspects of management in relation to the requirement planning, inventory control and economic order quantity. There is also an insight on method of implementing PERT model to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project management.

Identifiy and State a Business Problem

The problem identified in the current business scenario is associated with workplace diversity. Diversity represents diverse meanings and conceptions associated with the term in light of different contexts. Nonetheless, in corporate world diversity often refers to the ethnic origin of the employees working in the organisation. The organisations operating in international market incorporate the workforce available in the respective country.

Due to these practices, the concerns associated with diversity arise. Diversity accompanies issues representing brainstorming of employees along with several other concerns in the workplace that influence the job satisfaction level of the employees working in the organisation. In the current scenario, the influence of factors representing diversity concerns in organisation will be evaluated over the job satisfaction level of employees.
