Identify the organizational purposes

In the context of organizational panorama, business is a going concern. There are several purposes of organizations, for which they are made. These purposes are classified as under;

The sole proprietorship

The first type of organization focuses upon the sole ownership by one single owner. Usually this type is the most widely found type of businesses, it encompasses of small amount of receipts and comprise a small proportion of individual contribution to the national economy.

The partnership

Typically, it comprises of two or more people executing a business. It is relatively larger in scope than sole proprietorship, it has shared profits and losses, and it focuses on unlimited liability with personal gains. There are several forms of partnership comprising of few partners to a very large number of partners.

The corporation

It encompasses of a very large business entity with several shareholders. The corporation is based upon no single ownership or a group of owners, but rather, hundreds and thousands of owners. Corporations usually generate enormous revenues to the economy of the county.
