Introduction

Business leadership, charisma and interaction are interrelated and very important factors in motivating and leading people in an organization. It is important to understand the relationship between charisma, leadership and interaction. It is important to understand that there is a step by step relationship between these three terms. A business leader that possesses charisma makes effective communication and interaction possible with his subordinates or employees which lead to business success. The people who possess charisma and hold leadership positions in business organization are also categorized under the term of charismatic leader. It is also studied that charismatic leaders possess good motivating power and possess the quality of bringing positive changes to business. The core focus of this paper is to discuss the important relationship between business leadership, charisma and interaction.

Discussion

Charisma is basically referred to a talent or ability that attracts other people and inspires devotion in the people for them. Possessing charisma is an ongoing process through which individuals continue to gain charisma through their interaction with other people and the way they mould solution to the problems of others. It has been identified above that the people who possess charisma are titled with quality of being charismatic (Conger, 1998). In addition to this, it is also very important to note that there are various forms of leadership but charismatic leadership is the style that is appreciated by everyone and plays a vital role in interacting with the people in the organization and posing positive changes in the business environment of the organization.

It has been significant through various researches that a leader should possess the ability of charisma that drives the changes in to be brought in the organization for the success of the business. The transformational leadership style that is important for the betterment of the organization and making individuals to make good decisions for the organization. Charisma is the most important factor that drives the transformational leadership style. There are various components of transformational leadership that are related to charisma. The first significant factor is the idealized influence which involves the ability of the leader to be a positive role model and example for his followers. The charisma that the leaders possess allows them to work in accordance with the promises they make to their followers and they always remain frontline with their followers. Charismatic leader possess the quality of sacrificing along with their followers for the betterment for everyone (Bryman, 1993). The leader who possesses charisma performs to be the face of their organization and the strong foundation of their organizations. Steve Jobs is a good example of a charismatic personality who worked effectively with the people of his organization for the achieving the developed objectives.
