1. Describe your academic progress and employment history to date. Discuss how a University of Redlands Graduate degree will enhance both you academic and professional stature

Whether you are a mid-career professional seeking to advance your skill set so you will be ready for your next promotion, or thinking about starting your second or third…or sixth new career, University of Redlands can help you fulfill your vision. University of Redlands believe you should not have to move, wait until your kids go off to college, or radically alter your life in order to get the degree you want, or need[1].

University of Redlands know you are busy and University of Redlands believe attending class one night a week is manageable. With degree programs offered at locations throughout southern California, University of Redlands hope you will visit one of our campuses and find out how we successfully merge the busy lives of adult students with a transformative education that makes people better. Better at listening, at speaking, at solving problems and leading others.

The School of Business Student Services vision is to work collaboratively to become a leader in the delivery and support of exceptional student-centered services within a higher education environment which values academic and career success, diversity, leadership, and life-long learning. The School of Business Student Services team is committed to providing and maintaining quality support services and resources to enhance student success, foster personal and professional growth, and assist students in achieving their academic and career goals.

Graduate classes meet one evening a week[3]. Class sessions include seminars, lectures, case analyses, online exercises and group activities. Student interaction inside and outside of the classroom is encouraged and is considered key to a successful experience. Students may take advantage of online career services, personalized academic advising, one-to-one mentoring opportunities, study abroad courses and speaker's bureau events. All Graduate candidates may choose from five (optional) Graduate emphases including: Finance, Geographic Information Systems, Global Business, Information Systems and Marketing. These courses are delivered in a web-enhanced format and often bring together students from multiple California campuses.

The foundation in the liberal arts that grounds your Graduate will be fundamental in developing your ability to be both innovative and decisive--driven by a true sense of purposefulness. Likewise, the skills you hone in written and oral and communication will help you outperform those who cannot clearly articulate their purpose and intentions.

Our students are an equal mix of males and females. They range in age from 25 to 55. 64% are married and 63% have children. Most are employed full-time while completing their Graduate: many as mid-career managers ready to advance their careers; others seeking new career paths, or new skill sets needed to stay current and marketable. They select Redlands for its reputation, its relevance, its teaching excellence and its convenience. Upon graduation, our Graduates join an impressive network of nearly 50,000 University of Redlands alumni.
