Introduction

This paper intends to discuss the different cases related to product liability aspect of the consumer protection and the business environment. It is essential to analyze that the cases along the lines of businesses are always important to analyze because businesses are directly involved with the interests of customers. There are different laws which prevail in order to safeguard the rights of consumers. The consumer law, tort laws and the product liability laws are the important ones to focus in this regard. This particular paper will revolve around the case of Liebeck v. McDonald's. This case is an important one to analyze the basic essence of the cases related to consumers' protection. Various other cases like Pearson v. Chung and Apple against Samsung will also be highlighted in order to provide a complete overview of the significance of the cases related to the consumers' laws.
