One of the most responsible and successful teacher of Disable School was blamed being irresponsible in sending a male student with the other disable male student who use to wear diaper to the rest room.

From the cases of disable school environment, one of the most prominent cases which have become the centre of discussion in town nowadays is about the irresponsible acts of teacher case over the most successful teacher of the school. This case has become an issue when a particular day aides of the teacher didn't come for work and teacher has sent two of the disabled man together. The young man needed to go to rest room for fixing his diaper.

The matter has become prominent when the first student got injured and fell off the ground, where the other student didn't see what has happened to him. That student got badly injured and was near to death. Reason to this incident was his disability of short sightedness which does not let him see water spell over the floor. Most of the other fellows blamed the other student for the condition of injured child. This has turned out to be a critical case when the parents of child have planned to go against the management of the school and its teachers. An immense reaction from the family of injured student has taken against the management of the school. The dean of the school has even mentioned in the speech while addressing this case with other members of the school committee, “ …strict rules need to be followed by the teachers, in case of any miss-happening the policy of school would take serious action against the staff management of the school. The policy of school has been altered and would apply solemn duties to the staff members in order to be more responsible and attentive, keeping in view all of the legal and ethical as well as careful measures while teaching life skills and performing their duties.” This creates strain among the staff members of the school.

The aggressive parents of the injured student take serious notice against the lack of duty performance and report to file case in opposition of teacher's negligent behavior. School management has to take decision against this action and make final report for future precautionary measures.

Management was against the act of teacher on being irresponsible and establishes a committee which was assigned for analyzing the case possibilities and preventive measures for future happenings. This committee has conducted a research on case scenario and interviewed all the concerned members of the school. A panel has planned all the possible questions to be asked. This step was considerably the positive act towards the social responsibility policy of the school management.
