Introduction
This memorandum is written to present the policy for all the concerned pharmacists regarding their discretion to dispense prescriptions. The organization has always embraced diversity and will continue doing so; however, this policy matter is to be followed by all for their own, and other stakeholders' best interest.

The fact is that ethics and laws are separate domain, meaning what is legal is not necessarily ethical and vice versa (Cooper, 2006). Benson mapped the professional values through which values of pharmacist have been surfaced in literature to some extent (Benson, Cribb, & Barber, 2007 & 2009). However, despite the importance of pharmacy practice, pharmacy ethics is been largely ignored as a philosophical problem (Latif, & Berger, 1997; Wicclair, 2008). Decisions have to be made which might not serve the opinions of all but can satisfy at least the minimal criteria of most. In this case of pharmacist, the religious, moral and ethical variations are fairly visible and they will continue to be. The efforts to smooth all religion to be in favor of certain business activity is not the answer to this question as it religion in particular is one of the most sentimental component of beliefs for many. However, leaving such pharmaceutical prescription dispensary decisions solely at the discretion of pharmacist can create many troubles and even create a collapse of system. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the middle way that can make the system survive while not bulldozing the faith of pharmacist.
