Travel agency business is considered to be a very interesting and profitable business. Tourism is one of the passions which people have that not only is counted in recreational activity but also helps to maintain lifestyle and explore different cultures at the same time. In order to make the business more successful there is a need for innovation and new ideas in order to maintain customer base and retain the customers so that they could be hooked with the brand for the long term success of the business (Briguglio, 2008, pp. 29-39). Involving the Malta in the business portfolio would be an attractive deal for the customers but the proper evaluation and implementations is required along with the detailed strategy. Finding out that Malta is a very attractive place for the tourism purpose. I would suggest that Malta should be added in the business and proper plan should be made or merger is required with the travel agency businesses to assist in understanding the culture and deploying the right strategy to tap the market of your region. Malta is a set of islands in the centre of the Mediterranean, just beneath the Sicily in Italy. The three major islands travel agency business are Malta, Gozo and Comino, attracting tourists, who often return to their visiting places each year to spend their holidays in Malta more. As Malta is to provide low-cost flights low cost airlines and much more, Malta is becoming a very popular holiday place, and its attainment to the EU in the year 2004 of May, enabled Malta to enhance the quality of holidays that it offers to its guests.
