Seven Characteristics of a Jesus Leadership

Some people are born leaders, stand up in the morning and have a hundred tasks to perform, but despite that there are many, mobilize whatever is necessary to comply with them, and people follow them. Jesus is a role model for all leaders and by applying his characteristics people can become effective leaders in 21st century organizations in U.S. (Robbins, 1996)
