Introduction

It will not be wrong to believe that mankind has forgotten the real purpose of entering to this world. Today we are so consumed with our materialistic and advanced lives that seldom do we realize the beliefs which we are supposed to inculcate in our lives, and the beliefs via which we had been brought up. It is a great blessing to be in a position where you can believe that there exists a figure which has brought to us in this world, and one day we all will return to Him. However, over time the world has witnessed the existence of numerous religions. Interestingly, despite so many religions, there does exit some similarities between them, and understandably, contradictions, as well.

Christianity

Christianity, in the current and contemporary world, is the most wide spread religion. Primarily, the fundamental belief of Christianity revolves around the conviction of existence of only one God. The religion reveres and follows the teachings and life of Jesus Christ, with reference to what is denoted in the New Testaments writings and the Gospels. The proponent and the disciples of the Christian beliefs are chiefly known as the Christians. Referring to Jesus as Christ has an exquisite connotation associated with it. The Christians on a broader scale believe that Jesus is the son of God and that he is present to save humanity. As discussed earlier, Christianity is a wide spread religion, and in the modern world, the Christianity comprises of three considerably large groups, such as Protestantism, the Eastern Orthodox churches, and the Roman Catholic Church (Sandmel, p. 26).

Judaism
