ABSTRACT

This study is about the clinical psychology. It will provide information about the clinical psychological development and what was the traditional role and culture of psychology. Clinical psychologists are trained to draw conclusions from case studies, a form of research based on in-depth analysis of an individual. Case studies may describe a person's background, environment, developmental history, symptoms, and behaviors in great detail and often challenge existing ideas and help create new theories. The research will follow secondary methodology. The various databases and online libraries are searched. Many psychologists are teachers and educators. Not only do they work for academic institutions, but they also write books, publish articles, appear in the media newsrooms, or give workshops.

Moral treatment utilized moral guidance and patients were treated more respectfully than ever before (Schaalma 2009).

Theoretical framework

Psychological principles and theories are used in medical, educational, military, community and political settings and a variety of perspectives and professionals operate in the field of abnormal psychology. But early in the 21st century the globe is a rapidly changing place due to the process of globalization.
