This research proposal is prepared for investigating the marketing issue faced by the Onlien merchant named as Cobone and operating in Dubai. Cobone has been launched in 2010 and since then it is aimed at providing the best deals to the target audience of 14 Middle Eastern cities. The marketing issue faced by cobon is legal issues arising from marketing operations. In order to identify the potential cause and desired solution for this problem, we have decided to conduct a descriptive and exploratory research by conducting surveys and interview of management. The data collected will be analyzed by using SPSS and e-views software.
