Government is required to play their role to help in terms of finance, college management will be utilize them in effective way in order to support their athletes and provide them complete facilities to improve their skills. The equity in the Athletes acts does require to be followed in well effective that is based on to provide the equal opportunities for both men and women in the arena of sports. When their players get the equal opportunities and pay them good sum of amount for both men and women in case of winning major championship then their athletes internal motivational level has been tremendously increase
