Introduction

This paper explores the problem in the health care area and its significance. The problem that is focused in this paper is to combat lateral violence in nursing. Further, it examines the relationship of the proposed policy to the problem which is required to solve the issue. In addition to this, Analytic approach is used to determine if the policy is suitable and effective enough to solve the underlying issue.
