Introduction

Our case revolves around communications and that what are those hurdles that cause problems in the midst of work management. In this situation, we shall attempt to analyze the whereabouts of how far and wide can an individual pave way to manage in a serious situation.

The main problem: Procrastination

For the purpose and objective of understanding and comprehending the whereabouts of significant, we shall first aim to understand the phenomenon of procrastination. In simple terms, procrastination implies working and performing assigned tasks at the last minute. One main issue that has been discussed and become visible in this situation implies that Carl intended all the work and assumed that the work has been done. When questioned and skimmed through the details at the last minute, he found out that medical records and tests were not been done of the candidates. It was Carl's fault to initially keep track of whatever problems or situations that may have occurred at the last minute would be considered accordingly (Buell, 2004).

Communication: The verdict

Communication is essential in being able to effectively run an organization. Managers and top level executives need to communicate to personnel shared goals within the organization. They need to understand what is happening at all levels of their departments even the ones they are not directly working with. To sustain growth, security, and trust among employees, they need to create an environment where people feel valued, and new employees or contracted personnel wouldn't want to destroy the reputation of a reputable company who promote ethical behaviors. In doing, this will strengthen the communication if personnel understand that sustainability is a team approach to be successful.
