Introduction

In many studies devoted to social conflicts, there are many different definitions, which show different aspects of the phenomenon that is a conflict. There is no single, universal definition. Theoretical concept associated with the concept - social conflict is not uniform concept, but an attempt to show various aspects of this phenomenon in the light of sociology. In recent years, views on the conflict in the organization have changed.

There are two types of views: traditional and contemporary. The first one considers the conflict as unnecessary and harmful. Conflict by the traditionalists is a signal that something wrong in the organization. The reason for conflict management is errors in the design and management of the organization. Conflict according to this theory, the organization and prevent tearing for optimum efficiency. The task of management is to eliminate the conflict. The contemporary view of conflict assumes that conflict is inevitable and even necessary. It occurs regardless of the leadership and management methods. The conflict arises from a variety of reasons including organizational structure, differences in goals, differences in values. Much of the conflict is a dysfunctional - can hurt. However, some of which is functional, as it increases the effectiveness of the organization. Conflicts can also lead to finding solutions, is often an instrument of organizational innovation and change. The task team is directing the conflict and its solution in a manner conducive to the optimal efficiency of the organization. Post-conflict situations are to make a compromise, an agreement between the parties.

Problem Statement

Does successful resolution of conflict require communication among participants with the integration of mediation techniques, either by the presence of a mediator or with the help of technology?

Literature Review

The sources of such conflicts are conflicts of interest that exist between people and their collections in the social structure. We can distinguish the following pairs of opposites: Internal - The contradiction between the selfish aims of individuals in the group and external - contrary to the objectives of each group and Antagonistic - contradictions that can be overcome only by hard fighting and non-antagonistic - occurring among individuals differing in their goals, but have their main objective, combining and resulting interactions. There are various aspects on conflicts which are described as under (Wilmot & Hocker, 2011):

Social Psychology - Social conflicts are conflicts between people, so considering it should focus on issues related to the human psyche. Feelings, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors are important in all conflict situations.

Sociology - Sociological point of view is that social conflict is associated contradiction with the existence of different structural or functional occurring in society. Sociology is, therefore, interested in social determinants of conflict in various parts of the social structure and between them.
