Greed is itself a non ethical discipline, which merges with corporate affairs becomes more crucial and harmful for the public of that particular country. Corporate greed has been frequently liable to the modern economic recession. Few of the people think that greed is a beneficial thing in corporate industry, which is the motivating force for industry and business. On other hand, most of the people say that it is non ethical practice and should be avoided at all costs. It has been suggested by Richard Edward Brown that corporate greed is the division of business exchange. General unethical and corporate fraud behavior plays the great role in economic smash of America, in 2008. The theory of corporate greed takes as a revelation of amoral corporate behavior, but if we glance over the current economic picture; organizations are bound to comply this practice for surviving in modern times. Most of the people go against to this greed, because it does not cover their security benefits and make them contractual for long time. Discussion Analysis

It is a strange question to ask, "Are you greedy?" and find that most of the people will refuse to admit it. Handling business without greed has become very difficult for industrialists and businessmen (Mark, 2003), which somehow destroy the ethical discipline and welfare of the society. In this study, we need to analyze the critical condition of the organizations and economic turmoil. It has been found that most of the companies have fall into bankruptcy, and employee of the organization have remained bare from their benefits.
