Healthcare reform is credited with being a major developmental phase in the context of American economy since it is characterized by major diseases on a regular basis. There has been a massive growth in health spending as the rate of health spending in the context of American economy has grown at 2.8 percent. The financing patterns in the case of healthcare have been largely ineffective because of the fact that the affordability factor has not been taken into context. Healthcare has been one of the most promising sectors shaping development of the economy at large (Ratner, 2007). The costing patterns in the context of healthcare have been on an inflationary trend with the emergence of various factors.

Since contemporary healthcare is characterized by the use of exorbitantly priced technologies, healthcare experts must look into the aspect of having appropriate funding mechanisms. The incorporation of the most modern and innovative technologies require a hefty investment on the part of authorities concerned and thus without appropriate funding mechanisms, the technologies would not be able to accomplish the desired results.

The affordability factor has been one of the most influential factors in shaping healthcare policies and thus we need to delve into the intricacies pertaining to healthcare funding as a source of ascertaining the factors behind rising healthcare costs. The economy related factors need to be taken into account since they have a huge role to play in the massive increase of healthcare costs. Cost control is highly essential for an economy such as the USA since most of the citizens depend a great deal on the healthcare services and thus in the absence of affordability, the citizens would not be able to comprehend the benefits of effective healthcare delivery.

Dear Peter,

Healthcare has played a major role in the rapidly changing environment prevailing in the developed countries. A major reason behind the decreased utilization of healthcare services has been the rising cost patterns and thus with the increased exposure to social media outlets, we would be able to make the citizens aware of the rising cost patterns in healthcare.

The target audience needs to be clearly taken on board as regards the rising healthcare costs and as a result we are looking for distributing flyers throughout the community as a means to make the target audience aware of the intricacies. Most of today's teenagers spend a majority of their time on the different social media platforms and thus we would be looking to use the different social media platforms for voicing our concerns pertaining to healthcare.

The different technologies must be assessed on a comprehensive basis since all the different social media technologies are known to carry their respective pros and cons.
