Introduction

The introduction of new technologies in business and at home has changed the organization and functioning of all organizations and institutions. No one doubts that the leader of these changes has been the computer that has played a key role of strategic value as a tool for managers and employees in contemporary organizations. Today, managers of successful organizations have been extensively making use of text-based applications in nice graphics-based environments.
