There are a lot of isues created by the Sex offenders which are increasing day by day almost in all parts of the world. Sex offenders are rampantly increasing in the United States and have become a major concern of not only the United States but almost the whole world is confronting this problem. There are certain laws formulated by the State in order to tackle the issues created by sex offenders. Different law enforcement agencies are also responsible to handle the disasters of this social menace. Psychological, social and ethical theories also play their important role in defining different ways of making appropriate solutions to control sex offenders.

Social justice is the main pillar of the society which is run through different operations of the criminal justice system such as preservation and presentation of evidence and collection. Hence, there is a very strong relation between social justice and criminal justice system.
