This paper will discuss a scientific article 'What motivates consumers to buy organic food in the UK?' that was published in the Food Journal of the United Kingdom. The major point of the paper is to ensure that the people are buying organic food and are eating healthy and nutritious food. The title of the article, introduction and conclusion clearly point out the main focus point of the paper. The main topic of the article is organic foods. Organic foods also provide a more complete nutritional value than conventional and its effects on the body will always be positive. Organic foods contain between 40% and 60% more vitamins and minerals than conventional products, less percentage of water, so they provide more resistance to disease. They are better preserved than the traditional and have a nutrient content much higher than conventional products.
