Introduction

It would aim to highlight all the errors that the research paper posses.

The aim of this critical review is to provide analysis on research project written up as “Research about shoplifting'. The project was aimed to resolve issues that shop owners face regarding shoplifting. The research paper tried to identify the source of theft in shoplifting. Critical review would be analyzing the effectives of research project to solve issues related to shoplifting. The paper provides information particularly about the methodology applied to the research paper. It would include conclusion about usefulness of the research paper's methodology. The critical paper aims to provide suggestion about potential improvement in the research paper of “Research about shoplifting'. The critical review would include perception and analysis other research articles and journals to recommend correction in the research methodology.

One way of describing shoplifting can be described as activates of a proficient troupe (Segrave. 2011, 2). of cobbering from a shop. Those shops that operate in streets have greater threat of shoplifting. The occurrence of shoplifting is a crime that is least noticed or reported by shopkeepers. However, it is one of the most common crimes that have negative impact on the operations of retailers (My safe city, 2007, 2). It is quite difficult of businesses to have complete understanding about the problem of shoplifting. In this paper, the effort is being made to make sure that one can understand about the basic of the research and making sure that all the methodologies that were applied to the research are fully implemented. Shoplifting is usually considered as illegal and criminal act of customers to avail the opportunity the concept of shoplifting is engaging in from centuries.

Critical review

There are many errors that need effective monitoring along with changes that can shape the research paper in a best way. Firstly, the research title used by researcher was not effective to convey message to the readers about what is included in the research. Secondly, researcher has made many errors in the collection of data. After going through the research paper of “Research about shoplifting”, it is quite clear that there are many potential errors in the research paper. An important consideration is given in analyzing the methodology of the research paper. The researcher failed to identify right respondents for the data collection. Thirdly, the aims and objectives of research are not related with the overall research paper. The methodology used by the researcher is not very effective and efficient. The research aims to find customers in being involved in shoplifting. However, questionnaires and interviews did not give any consideration on the customers that are involved in shoplifting. Thus it can be said that the title does not provide enough knowledge to the customers.
