Nurse education is the academic and functional teaching supplied to nurses with the reason to arrange them for their obligations as professional nursing care. This learning is supplied to nursing scholars by skilled doctors and other health professional who have trained or skilled for informative tasks. Most nations offer doctor learning techniques that can be applicable to general nursing or to focused localities including nursing of mental health, pediatric nursing and post-operatory nursing.
The nursing problem discussed in this systematic research review has a significant relevance, since nursing education aims to provide better nursing facilities to the patients at hospital or other private places. The research article has focused on the methods of nursing education and what impact does it bring to dealing with a patient, mainly because of the professional qualification, caring aspects and treating the patients equally. The study would enable the researcher in the end, to find the difference of what nursing education can bring to the profession and what changes might further be needed and what further improvements could be made. The research is based on different variables considering the skills of individuals, their knowledge and training procedures they undergo, taking both quantitative and qualitative research work into account. The researcher's conclusion is based onto realistic meaning and reality and based onto his experience and information about the nursing education field. He is devoted towards fetch out corrections and industry within the field across the researches and thus advises the findings of this paper towards be further consumed for innovation projects. The research includes recommendations, views and perspective of the researcher and has mentioned them in various sections (Reiber, 2011).
Level of evidence
The research is based on evidence because of the need at the required demands of educational demands for researches. The clinical research includes two models upon which the research has been conducted namely Clinical reference models and Educational reference models. The two approaches are different from each other, and both are practical and different from each other.
The Clinical reference model is an 'evidence-based medicine (EBM)' method which provides concrete evidence for the expertise of individual clinic of nursing. The external evidence is entirely retrieved from the researches where the approach is depended upon the experience and knowledge of the physician and what the recent researchers have found. Clinical reference model also has another aspect of methodology which is 'evidence-based nursing (EBN)', which involves evidence from external sources that are specific about the nursing care decisions that follow a detailed procedure for implementing the findings of the nursing science researches. Both the approaches under Clinical reference model are practical and have been used previously by the researchers for undergoing the researches regarding the medical field (Reiber, 2011).
Another model which is the Educational reference model is 'best evidence medical education (BEME)' approach where the practice of professors in the educational institutions involves the appliance of approaches with highest degree. This method does not follow the decision making on concrete evidence; rather it focuses on continuous development of educational quality and obtaining the changes that are being discovered through new ...
