As we are intending to collection the data, related to consumer behavior, one of the best instruments for such surveys is questionnaire. Questionnaire is an appropriate method, because it assists in identifying the preferences and the requirements of the customers (Cox, 1996, pp. 72). It further elaborates the priority of the customer amongst more than one desirable item. Furthermore, questionnaire can be used to gauge the pre and post implementation results, in order to evaluate the level of success.
