The education learning process in nursing, previously involved heavy amount of face to face interaction, as the learning involved in nursing is understandably critical and requires great amount of interactional learning. To cope up with the practicality the faculty associated with the teaching of nursing used different types of interaction methods to transfer learning and educating to the nursing students. The interactional types by the faculty mainly included learner content and matter, instructor-learner, and learner-learner. However, the interactional process implemented by the faculty in the online methods of teaching as distant learning does not have the luxury as it happens in the direct or face-to-face methods of teaching and learning. The lack of ability in terms of face-to-face interaction or traditional education requires faculty to develop curriculum or syllabus that suits students to engage proactively in the material taught.
