Introduction

God has made this world and allowed people to perform their deeds good or bad. However, not all people consider each other's rights and psychological f actors pursue them to act evil and break the law. Law is a set of rules made by the governing authorities to bring justice to the society.

Providing justice is one most the most responsible task practiced by those who have been provided the authority by the society. Police and court of laws work parallel to provide justice to the society and maintain its balance.

The role of the court if law is to listen to the case examine the evidence and provide justice, whereas the police ahs the responsibility to examine crime scenes to extract evidence and being the guilty in from of court of law to be punished.

Since the history of criminology [police has been utilizing many techniques to identify the true culprit. There are cases where reasonable evidence is left in some cases eye witnesses are present to bring the criminal under the law of justice. However, recent advances in modern science have aided criminals to escape the law in such a manner that justice can be denied.

To counter this extraordinary ability of criminal's police has brought in a new science to identify criminals and bring them to justice. This technique of identifying criminals is known as DNA Sampling.

DNA Technique

DNA is a very unique technique and a general representation of various types. The process of DNA technique is simple in which firstly the sample is collected either by the lab officials or the police. The collected sample is extracted by breaking the DNA sample into its nucleus to identify the male and female contributors.

A process of quantation is executed where the DNA is measured in the sample. The DNA present is amplified for further testing. After amplification the DNA is detected and then interpreted by comparing the tested results with previous samples and data.

The Sample test Results i.e. STR is tested in multiple DNA tests out of those the common are Minni STR Testing, Low copy Number DNA testing, Y - chromosome testing MtDNA i.e. Mitochondrial DNA Testing (Bennett, 1995).
