ABSTRACT

The research explores the cultural aspect of Afghan. It provides a detailed view of the historical background and provides brief information of geographical description of the country. Along with this, the research provides information about the role of men and women in the Afghan culture. The culture has distinctive role for both women and men. Women are supposed to stay back at home and take care of the house, while the men are supposed to go out earn for the household. According to the Afghan culture, women are not allowed to take part in the decision making processes. Furthermore, divorce is not very much appreciated in the Afghan culture. Furthermore, the study is been conducted through secondary methodology. In which the data has been collected from various libraries and the results and discussion is based on the analysis of these studies. Lastly, the research has analysed the Afghan culture by comparing it with that of various other cultures. In addition to this, the research provides the impact of Afghan culture on the international society and the current scenarios, showing that currently the world is threatened by the actions of Afghans. The biggest threat is being felt by Russian who do not want the US to call back the military troops back from Afghanistan.

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

Introduction

Afghanistan has a great history that is full of different examples depicting its' warrior nature. There is a plethora of information surrounding diversification which Afghan tribes urge to control and need to conquer. Many Afghan rulers invaded different Russian and Asian countries including India. Afghans share strong traditional traits of taking revenge and never forgetting their enemies. Those traits may be possibly the reason all efforts made by economic super powerful neighboring countries to conquer Afghanistan ended in failure.

Research Objectives

This research will focus on different cultural perspectives dominating Afghan Tribes and their living.

Research of this magnitude will be based on a comparative study between Afghan culture, its norms, values and traditions in comparison to the culture of United States.
