ABSTRACT
North America has always opened its doors to migrants with attractive job opportunities especially in the peak seasons where migrant workers are often made part of the industrial operation and society to cope with the employment shortage. These employment opportunities often lack the considerable amount of earning which is substantial to meet the basic needs of life. This paper attempts to determine and analyze the earning issues that the migrant workers face in North America.
