According to Chen, (2009, pp.xv) Shanghai is recognized as the fastest globalizing city in the world. The development of Shanghai led it to host World Expo in 2010, inviting investors, businessmen, traders, industrialists, financers and everyone to come and see the city that can offer everything to everyone from infrastructure to tourism.
