5. Demonstrate care management skills and effective coordination and collaboration as interdisciplinary team member so that care can be improved continuously.

6. Demonstrate responsibility and commitment to development and the profession itself in the discipline nursing.

7. Use communication skills and technology to maintain quality of the care offers customers and improve knowledge (ANA, 2008).
