Abstract

In this study we try to explore the concept of “Education” in a holistic context. The main focus of the research is on “Education” and its relation with “career development for teachers”. The research also analyzes many aspects of “Education” and tries to gauge its effect on “the improvement and current standing to teachers and at the same time incorporate items and tools that would give them a particular edge towards their hold onto a particular field. Finally the research tries to describe the overall effect of “Education” on “the future of teachers in today's modern world”.
