For a state to develop, the government or the state officials have to realize the importance of welfare social services and education development. Without education a nation is just like a body without sole. In this competing world, where there is intense competition, an individual cannot fulfill his needs if he is not educated. It is the responsibility of the state and the government to provide quality education and welfare to the people. Education is the right of every one and no one should be neglected from this basic necessity. This paper will be focusing on the development of educational reforms and policies, practiced and implemented by the mayors of the city. Apart from education, the social welfare is also an integral part of the society. If proper welfare plans are developed, then the state life style could be made better and to a good standard where no one will die hungry (Altshuler, 2003).

Economic Development

For any economy to get its self develop has to focus on different aspects of the society which helps them in making the economy better. The two biggest aspect of the society which needs to be considered is the social service sector and education sector. These are two different sectors which need to be taken into notice. According to the research, the importance of education can be understood from the fact that a nation without education is just like a human being without a soul. In this competitive environment where everyone is thriving to achieve the best of the best, education plays a major role in doing so. Education makes a person distinctive from others and makes him knowledgeable in different areas of business. Same is the importance of social services and welfare. In every nation there are people who are living below the poverty line and needs support from public and government. The government is responsible for the social welfare of the people (Radin, 1988). The government needs to ensure that everyone is treated equally and no one is dying because of hunger. The impact of social services and education in developing the economy is discussed in this paper.
