A Comparative study between the decision makers USA, Canada, and Kuwait and how to benefits from USA and Canada educational system

Introduction

“The overall educational and professional training system in quiet a detailed filter, which weeds out those who appear very independent, and who have this capacity of thinking about themselves, and either they don't know how to become submissive, as they all are dysfunctional for the institutions.” -Noan Chomsky. (Tyack, 2000, Pp.1-41).

Education is a key variable in the consolidation of national identity, the formation of a democratic citizenship and sustainable development of the competitiveness of any country. These dimensions can only be fully realized in the context of a society where social justice is the primary goal. The Education System has taken this concept, in which the ultimate meaning of education is given by its vital contribution to building a more just society (Clark, 1983, Pp. 1-70).

Education and the System of Education have got immense importance and priority in developing the State's literacy rate. For this, it has always been seen as an important mechanism for both democracy and economy. It has been viewed from various studies that economies of States can have major affects of overall education system. Following the World War II, when the federal government in United States took special measures in order to expand the American Higher education through modern establishment of modern research colleges and universities throughout country, the introduction of the state funded financial schemes and aid programs (Federal Research Division, 2000, Pp. 7-10).

The Education system provides a degree, status, grading and credits, structure, level and the mode of study etc and provides a right academic calendar. The International Education Roundtable (IER) discussion is the researched based discussion which conducts the exploration of the frontier of education system reforms for advancing and leading the education system globally, it gives an opportunity in sharing the challenges faced by the nations. The possible solutions tried in response to those issues and lessons that are learnt from participating in this system are also grasped from this discussion forum. There are several other studies that are conducted in experiencing the current education system. All of these studies provide help for the decision makers to evaluate the current educational basis in making their profession (Jones, G. A, 1997, Pp. 1-18).

The main purpose of this particular research study is to examine the current educational system of U.S, Canada and Kuwait and provide support to the decision makers in choosing their educational system. This study also entails comparison of U.S, Canadian and Kuwait educational programs and elaborates the possible impacts of these systems over the development of all of those states (Clark, 1983, Pp. 1-70).
