Managerial leadership is a form of leadership in an organization that links the concepts of management and leadership together. The manager has to be a leader in order to make organization accomplish its goals in the competitive environment. The leadership perspective of the management is that it influences the team members to achieve certain goals and objectives including organization and societal success. The leadership skills in a manager lead towards the attainment of several personal and organizational goals. The managerial leadership abilities enable a manager or leader to deal with certain complex issues within and outside the organization including the management of human behaviors, occupational stress, emotions and burnouts.
