ABSTRACT

In contrast to the conservative colleagues, other businessmen have long and successfully use models that make running a business more successful. It is important to keep in mind that Management is economics, since the beginning of the twentieth century, since management tried to rely on scientific grounds, to the 60s. The purpose of the research is to study the positive contribution made by MBA graduates working at Wal-Mart in comparison to people with other similar degrees or no degrees at all. The first suggestion for future research would be that a longitudinal study with matched pairs be conducted with the same basic research design as this project. As long as the employees holding an MBA working at Wal Mart continue to develop principle-centered leader then the MLQ would continue to be the best choice since it the most widely used instrument in the study of transformational leadership.

Business management is a fine art that requires concentration, constant influx of new knowledge and the desire to optimize current tasks. Unfortunately, some modern entrepreneurs believe that technology manages business, and completely ignore all of the best features an expert in business administration can provide.
