Introduction

Electronic media is at its peak at current time with internet being the major source of the infinite information; relevant or irrelevant, media has to offer. Where information can be both retrieved and added to the internet. However, with internet used in millions of households throughout one can imagine enormous amount of bi-directional information and data exchange that would take place on internet every day. Therefore, in order to manage and filter this information and also to prevent inevitable chaos, some rules, codes and ethics are proposed. The phenomenon of applying these laws and conduct on electronic source that is the internet is known as Electronic policing. Moreover, the act of plagiarism is also to be monitored strictly.

A clear and strict electronic policing policy should be created, established and maintained so that all the users follow code and ethics that needs to be followed on a medium as bizarre as internet. Moreover, zero tolerance should be showed for plagiarism, big or small.

While creating any form of writing piece, online or offline, certain guidelines should always been taken care of. Such as, the condition that the body of the writing should be relevant to the topic. Grammar, punctuation and spelling mistakes should be avoided at all times. The specification of formatting, like the style and size of font, spacing and other details, should be closely followed. Correct references and citation of the direct or indirect sources should always be mentioned. However, the most essential thing that should be dealt as a priority while writing is to avoid Plagiarism.
