Introduction

Economics is a vast field and there are a number of different subjects that are studied in the field of economics. Equity, welfare and distribution are very important concepts that are studied in the concepts of economics. The core focus of this paper is to identify the importance equity, welfare and distribution in the case of housing policy in the United States.

The housing policy of the United States has not been stable from a long period of time. In addition to this, it is very important to understand there have been a number of issues in the housing policy of the United States. One of the main problems includes the housing problem, which refers to the shortage of housing for the poor people.
