Introduction

The first essay is written by the writer and author who belong to an American community, Thomas Jefferson. Thomas Jefferson has remained the famous personality that has played an important role in bringing the changes and revolutions in the governments and the ruling system of the countries. The countries in the ancient times have faced great challenges and they have faced difficulties by their rulers. The rulers of the ancient times has given various threats and challenges to the people and thus remained in focusing on their leadership and sustainability. Such leaders have not given their great concerns in managing with their resources or bringing the changes in the societies for the betterment of the citizens of their countries. This passage and assertion written by the author Thomas Jefferson is also related to the ruling behaviors of the leaders of the ancient times and the contribution made by the Thomas Jefferson had also put great impact upon the governmental rulers and their behaviors in ruling the country.

The author has defined in his passage that the government of that time was not that efficient that can make collaboration with that of the others in bringing the revolution and the positive changes in the societies. The author has made the criticism that the government of the country is not like that of the other countries that can make collaborations with that of other institutions of the country and that as a whole can bring positive aspects and effects to the country. The author has also critically said that the government of his country is not like that of the government of the neighboring countries who are making efforts for the betterment of the people and the societies. The authors have tried to say that the government of the country must adopt the positive aspects of the country and must take initiatives for the betterment of the country. The authors has particularly highlighted towards he democracy of the country that can allow the people to take their decisions with which they are comfortable. The authors has criticized upon the government of that time by saying that the citizens of the country have the right to give the administration of the country in the hands of the people that they think they will perform better for the country. People have the right to live freely in their countries without being controlled by the rulers in and unethical manner. The strict and bureaucratic government in the country can never bring justice in the country and it can just increase in the disputes among the citizens and the governmental institutions.

The circumstances that lead the author to write assertion and to criticize about the government, was the same issue as described above. The people were not given their rights. There was strict bureaucratic system spoiled the talents of the people and does not lead the people to take initiatives by themselves for the betterment of the countries. ...
