This death tool can be reducing by the morning wood by producing the medicines at the required number of medicine.

They have also put an effort to increase their sales by sell them their products, by which they are unable to buy their product due to lack of knowledge, money shortage (they are very poor; even they can't afford to have food twice daily). But after while they does not continue the production in Africa because of non availability of infrastructure, and worst human recourse scenarios.
