Introduction

A person defines ethics through one's conduct, innermost thoughts, teaching, speaking and lifestyle. Religious code of behavior is ministerial ethics which is based on the truth of bible. Presence of domination is different in Baptist church, Assemblies of God or the Church of the Nazarene. Particular professions, individuals or groups are defined by the ethical religious codes. Without any code of ethics, an individual has freedom to behave in any way he wants. The value system helps the people determine to understand the differences between right and wrong. Within the ministry, in the current ear there is more of self-centeredness and arrogance than it was before. The environment affects the behavior of people in moral, ethical and spiritual ways. It is required that the people return to the living, teaching, preaching as prescribed by the biblical doctrines. Sin can be addressed by the pastors, if the sin is not conducted, people will remain unaware of the truth (enrichmentjournal.ag.org).

Discussion

Ethical mistakes can easily be highlighted when a pastor views a pastor. Apart from ethical mistakes, a pastor can highlight disregard of women with one another, financial integrity mistakes and even families' disregard. This happens when success is important for people than relations. Using God only in needy times brings more of ethical problems. Remembering God only at the hour of need is the major problem when God is only thought, spoken with and His teaching recited is for selfish reasons. This conveniences man or the man assumes that this is convenient. God is only used as the crutch.

Another ethical issue highlighted is the frequency by which the church reflects the world rather the world reflecting the church. Society is impacting the church instead of church impacting the society. Within the church congregations, the world is present. Human needs to become careful so that the problems of abortion, euthanasia, divorce and homosexuality or easy believism is easily overcome. It is required that the church is guarded so that in the future time, the church is stopped in becoming a social institution when it is required that the church must be a spiritual and moral institution (iicmweb.org).

Related to ethical ministries, the denominations are noted where people are aware concerned with their doctrinal distinctions. People don't know who they are. Chaos is created because of the doctrinally and theologically wrong decisions. The main reason is that the human are not related to the Scripture that is why there is huge chaos in today's world. The traditions and roots of the human have been affected and molded. The youth is not aware of the values of the basics and traditions of the forefathers. The latest fashion, trend, fad and book are followed blindly without any reference or proofs of existence and truth. The ethical boundaries have been removed by the media which telecasts and broadcasts anything.
