Ethnic Groups in South America

South America is home to about 385 million people, most of whom belong to ethnic groups that are highly diverse, and it would therefore be hard to infer the cultural makeup of this continent in absolute terms. However we can say that the different people who live here have a prominent majority that can trace its roots in immigrants of Africa, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
